Crypto Payment Processor Terms

General
1.1. These Crypto Payment Processor Terms (“Crypto Terms”) apply when you make deposits or withdrawals using cryptocurrencies through the Gana777 platform via our integrated crypto payment processor (“Processor”).

1.2. The Processor is a third-party cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables Gana777 to accept and process cryptocurrency transactions and, where applicable, conduct currency conversion.

1.3. By using the Processor on Gana777, you agree to be bound by:
- these Crypto Terms,
- the main Gana777 Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and
- any applicable requirements issued by the Processor.
1.4. If there is any conflict, the Gana777 Terms & Conditions prevail over these Crypto Terms.
Eligibility & KYC
2.1. Only fully verified (KYC-approved) Gana777 players may use the crypto payment method.

2.2. Gana777 may request documentation for:
- identity verification,
- proof of address,
- source of funds or source of wealth,
- anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) screening,
- and any other regulatory compliance requirements.
2.3. Gana777 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or disable your use of the Processor if:
- KYC/AML verification cannot be completed,
- suspicious activity is detected, or
- required by law, the Processor, regulators, or internal risk controls.
Supported Cryptocurrencies
3.1. Gana777 currently supports deposits and withdrawals in the following digital assets:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- USD Token (USDT)
- USD Coin (USDC)
- Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
- Litecoin (LTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
3.2. Gana777 may add, remove, or temporarily suspend support for any cryptocurrency at any time due to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons.
Deposits via the Crypto Payment Processor
4.1. Deposit Limits (per transaction)
- Minimum: $10.00
- Maximum: $1,000.00
4.2. Each deposit will generate a unique wallet address and/or QR code. You must:
- send only the specified cryptocurrency,
- use the correct blockchain network,
- send funds from a wallet you own.
4.3. Deposits are credited once they receive the required number of blockchain confirmations. Confirmation times vary by network conditions.

4.4. Blockchain delays may occur due to congestion or risk reviews by Gana777.

4.5. Irreversibility:
Cryptocurrency transactions are final. If funds are sent to:
- the wrong address,
- an unsupported network, or
- in the wrong currency,
the funds may be permanently lost, and Gana777 is not liable for recovery.

4.6. Depending on Gana777’s settings, your deposit may be:
- converted into your account currency at the Processor’s exchange rate on processing, or
- credited as cryptocurrency if supported.
4.7. Eligibility for bonuses from crypto deposits is governed by Gana777 Bonus Terms.
Withdrawals via the Crypto Payment Processor
5.1. Withdrawal Limits (per transaction)
- Minimum: $10.00
- Maximum: $10,000.00
5.2. Withdrawals may require additional verification, especially for higher-risk or higher-value requests.

5.3. All withdrawals must be sent to a wallet owned and controlled by you.

5.4. Gana777 may delay or refuse withdrawals if:
- fraud or AML/CTF concerns are identified,
- bonus abuse is suspected,
- you are in breach of Gana777 Terms, or
- additional documentation is required.
5.5. Once processed, the transaction will be broadcast to the blockchain. Completion time depends on the relevant cryptocurrency network.
Fees, Exchange Rates & Adjustments
6.1. Currency conversion rates are provided by the Processor or other approved liquidity sources.

6.2. Network fees (miner/gas fees) may reduce the net amount received in a deposit or withdrawal.

6.3. Gana777 may apply additional processing fees. These will be displayed in the cashier when applicable.

6.4. In cases of technical or pricing errors, Gana777 may correct your account balance or re-process the transaction using accurate values.
Risks of Digital Assets
7.1. By using cryptocurrency on Gana777, you acknowledge the risks inherent to digital assets, including:
- extreme price volatility,
- transaction delays,
- irreversible payments,
- network failures or forks,
- regulatory changes.
7.2. You confirm that you understand these risks and choose to use cryptocurrency at your own risk.

7.3. Gana777 does not provide any financial, legal, or tax advice.
AML, Fraud Prevention & Responsible Gambling
8.1. All crypto transactions processed through Gana777 are monitored for AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud risks.

8.2. Additional documentation may be requested at any time.

8.3. Gana777 may block transactions, freeze account balances, or report suspicious activity when required by law or risk policy.

8.4. All Responsible Gambling tools (limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion) apply equally to crypto users.
Jurisdictional & Regulatory Restrictions
9.1. The crypto payment method may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to legal or regulatory restrictions.

9.2. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling and the use of cryptocurrency payment methods are legal where you reside.

9.3. Gana777 may restrict access to the Processor based on:
- KYC information,
- IP address,
- sanctions screening,
- or other compliance checks.
Liability
10.1. Gana777 is not liable for losses resulting from:
- blockchain outages or delays,
- incorrect wallet addresses provided by you,
- unsupported networks or tokens,
- exchange rate fluctuations,
- irreversible transactions,
- Processor or third-party service failures.
10.2. Gana777’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Updates to these Terms
11.1. Gana777 may update or amend these Crypto Terms at any time. Your continued use of the crypto payment method constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Interpretation
12.1. If any provision of these Crypto Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
